About the Role
This nursing leadership position focuses on developing and maintaining clinical orientation and competency programs for nursing staff across Pre-Op, PACU, Phase II Recovery, and Pre-Anesthesia Testing. The primary responsibility is to ensure new staff have the resources, support, and knowledge to deliver quality care, with an emphasis on Medical/Surgical and Critical Care during evening and night shifts. Additional duties include coordinating house-wide education, skill validation, and competency development.

Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited RN program; active Washington RN license
- Minimum 3 years of acute care nursing experience
- Enrollment in or pursuit of a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing is required if not already obtained
