Nurse Educator RN – Staff Development

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical education and staff development in a long-term and post-acute care setting.
• Design and deliver orientation, in-services, and competency-based training for nursing staff.
• Promote compassionate, high-quality, and compliant resident care.
• Support quality improvement, infection control, and regulatory readiness initiatives.
• Coach nurses in best practices to enhance clinical performance.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team that values dignity, teamwork, and continuous learning.

Qualifications & Skills

• Registered Nurse (RN) licensure.
• Experience in clinical education, staff development, or related roles.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements, infection control, and quality improvement processes.
• Strong communication, coaching, and leadership skills.
• Ability to design and implement training programs effectively.
