Position Overview

Love Nursing—but Ready to Use Your Experience Differently? You don't have to leave nursing to step away from traditional bedside shifts. If you're the RN coworkers naturally come to with questions—or the nurse who enjoys precepting, teaching new employees, demonstrating skills, and helping others gain confidence—clinical education may be your next move. At Columbiana Health & Rehabilitation, we're looking for an RN Clinical Educator / Staff Development Coordinator to help train, mentor, and develop our nursing team. You'll be joining a facility with stable staffing, many long-tenured employees, a positive hometown culture, and leadership that genuinely cares about its people. This isn't about walking into a struggling team and starting from scratch. It's an opportunity to take a good team and help make it even better.

As our RN Clinical Educator / Staff Development Coordinator, you'll help build and maintain a knowledgeable, confident nursing team through orientation, education, competency development, mentoring, and ongoing clinical support. This isn't simply a classroom position. You'll be visible in the building, connected to the nursing team, and actively involved in helping employees succeed.
