About the Role

Design, implement, and evaluate educational programs for nursing staff to enhance clinical skills, promote best practices, and ensure regulatory compliance. Develop curricula and conduct training sessions on clinical procedures, patient care, technology, and regulations. Facilitate orientation and ongoing professional development opportunities. Assess staff competencies, provide feedback, and create individual development plans. Ensure compliance with healthcare standards through education, training, and audits. Collaborate with leadership to align educational initiatives with organizational goals. Maintain records of educational activities, attendance, and staff competencies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing required; Master’s preferred.
  • RN licensure and 3-5 years of clinical nursing experience, including perioperative nursing, are essential.
  • Prior experience in nursing education or training (2-3 years) is preferred.
