Nurse Educator | Obstetrics, Part-Time

Marysville is approximately 25 minutes from Dublin, OH; 30 minutes from Hilliard, OH; 30 minutes from Delaware, OH; and 35 minutes from Powell, OH.

About the role

Coordinates, facilitates, and evaluates educational programming. Direct and indirect clinical activities. Establishes collaborative relationships and serves as liaison with community educational institutions. Responds to emergencies outside normal working hours (e.g., internal and external disasters).

Requirements

• Master's degree in Nursing with a focus on adult education
• Minimum 5 years of experience
• Current RN license in Ohio
• American Heart Association BLS required
• Attains American Heart Association ACLS and PALS provider cards within six (6) months of employment
• Must obtain instructor certification in NRP within six (6) months of employment and maintain continuous certification with instructor certifications thereafter
• Complete 24 contact hours of approved CE every two years as per Ohio Board of Nursing requirements and maintain continuous certification in relevant areas
