Responsibilities

• Champion education and competency for Critical Care departments
• Influence service line and organization-wide initiatives, policies, and innovation
• Partner with staff and nursing leadership to inspire growth
• Acts as resource and role model in use of evidence based practice.
• Leads unit/service based clinical practice groups
• Assists in orientation and placement of nursing
