Role Overview A Nurse Educator responsible for developing, reviewing, and implementing training programs to ensure nursing staff proficiency in caring for adults with mental illness, substance use disorders, and chronic medical conditions. Key Responsibilities Designing evidence-based educational programs and curricula to meet clinical needs.Ensuring regulatory compliance and developing staff competencies.Collaborating with management, HR, and educational institutions for orientation and clinical training.Assessing staff performance, maintaining accurate records, and participating in quality improvement initiatives.Providing ongoing education, developing policies, and updating training materials. Qualifications & Skills BSN or related healthcare degree from an accredited institution.3-5 years of psychiatric mental health nursing experience, with 2-3 years in education preferred.Current RN license or eligibility through reciprocity.Strong knowledge of best practices, regulatory standards, and clinical trends.Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
