Nurse Coordinator - Urogynecology/Oncology

About the role

Provides direct outpatient nursing care in an OB-GYN clinic, focusing on assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient needs.

Responsibilities

• Promotes patient- and family-centered care
• Educates on illness management
• Ensures safety, quality, and compliance
• Develops and documents individualized care plans
• Collaborates with the healthcare team
• Assesses physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, respecting patient preferences and cultural considerations

Qualifications & Skills

• Requires a Nursing Diploma or Associate's degree and RN licensure
• 2+ years of experience preferred; BSN/MSN and experience in women’s health, urogynecology, or oncology considered advantageous
• Strong critical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills are essential
