About the Opportunity:Schedule: Monday to FridayHours: 8:30am to 5:30pmSpecialty: OncologySetting: Outpatient Responsibilities: The Radiation Nurse Coordinator (RN) will Assess patients physical and emotional status, past health history and health practices by demonstrating effective communication skills with patients, significant others and members of the multidisciplinary healthcare teamAssess the family and patient's understanding of disease and disease processesEducate patients on treatments and will provide education to the family, as neededPerform other duties, as needed Qualifications:Graduate of an accredited school of nursingNYS Registered Nurse (RN) license2-3 years experience in oncology Desired Skills:Bachelor's degree in nursing Salary Range: 90,000 - 120,000
