Nurse Coordinator

About the role

The Fetal Care Nurse Coordinator provides comprehensive care and support to pregnant women with fetal anomalies and families experiencing pregnancy or neonatal loss.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all aspects of the Fetal Care Center from referral to post-delivery follow-up
• Ensure seamless care coordination and family advocacy
• Offer emotional support and grief counseling
• Guide families through complex decisions, burial, and cremation processes
• Schedule appointments
• Facilitate communication among care providers
• Provide patient education
• Maintain documentation

Qualifications

• BSN
• Valid RN license
• At least three years of experience in neonatology, perinatal/OB nursing, or pediatrics
