On-siteMarketingFull-time
We need to output HTML fragment with sections: h3 headings for sections present: About the role? The posting includes introductory paragraph about Northwestern Medicine, mission, etc. That could be "About the role" or maybe "About Northwestern Medicine". The instruction: use h3 for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). We should include sections only when posting has real specific content. Let's identify content: - Intro paragraph: "At Northwestern Medicine, every patient interaction...". That's about the organization and role. Could be "About the role". We'll put that in

. - Job Description: includes details: Full Time, salaried position at 40 hours per week located on the Lake Forest Hospital campus for the Urology clinic and may require travel to Grayslake or Glenview locations as needed. Schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm. This gives Schedule and location. Could be placed under "Schedule" section? Actually schedule is given. Also location maybe part of About the role. We'll create a Schedule section with that info. - Then description of Nurse Clinician role: mission, etc. Could be part of About the role. - Responsibilities: a big list. We'll create Responsibilities section with

  • items. - Qualifications Required: list. We'll create Qualifications section. - Preferred: bullet? It's a sentence: "Bachelor’s degree in Nursing preferred (may be required for some roles within Oncology) 1-2 years’ experience in ambulatory or acute care". We'll include under Qualifications maybe as preferred qualifications. Could also be a Skills section? But we have Qualifications. - Benefits: there is a Benefits paragraph: "We offer a wide range of benefits that provide employees with tools and resources..." plus mention to visit Benefits section. No specific benefits listed. The instruction: never create Benefits section unless posting actually states them. It does state they offer a wide range of benefits but not specific. Is that enough? It says "We offer a wide range of benefits...". That's a statement but not specific benefits. The rule: "never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them." It does state benefits exist, but not list them. Might be considered stating them generically. However they also say "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." The benefits paragraph is vague; maybe we should not create a Benefits section because no specific benefits listed. But we could include a short paragraph under Benefits? The rule: "never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them." It does state they offer benefits, but not specifics. I'd lean to include a Benefits section with that paragraph as prose. However they also say "never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g. 'commensurate with experience', 'not specified', 'N/A', 'varies', 'TBD')". This is not filler; it's a statement that benefits are offered. So we can include Benefits section with that paragraph. - Sign-on Bonus Eligibility: that's also a benefit-related detail. Could be included under Benefits. - Pay: not mentioned. So no Pay section. - Schedule: we have schedule details. - Skills: not explicitly listed; we could infer from responsibilities but not explicit. Better not create Skills unless explicit. Thus sections: About the role (intro + job description maybe), Responsibilities, Qualifications, Benefits, Schedule. We need to ensure we don't repeat job title as heading. No job title given explicitly; it's Nurse Clinician. We'll not use as heading. We must preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep all details from responsibilities list, qualifications, etc. We must remove boilerplate: EEO, background check, AI disclosure, etc. Also remove navigation, cookie, legal, duplicated lines. Also remove "Additional Information" heading maybe but keep content? The "Additional Information" includes EEO statement etc which we remove. Also "Sign-on Bonus Eligibility" we keep as part of Benefits. We must not include application instructions. Now craft HTML. Structure:

But we already included schedule info in About the role; maybe we should not duplicate. Better to keep schedule details only in Schedule section and not repeat in About the role. However About the role already included schedule sentence; we could remove that from About the role to avoid duplication. The instruction: preserve ALL substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. If we remove schedule sentence from About the role, we still have it in Schedule section, so info preserved. So we should edit About the role to exclude the schedule sentence. Let's rewrite About the role without schedule sentence. About the role paragraph: combine intro and job description except schedule.
