Qualifications
- Current, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in Maryland
- WCCM and MCRSP credentials preferred
- Candidates without these credentials must initiate the certification process immediately upon hire
- Experience in case management of workers comp cases preferred
- Willingness to learn and take catastrophic cases
- Recommended certifications (CCM, CRRN, CDMS, CRC) preferred, to be obtained within two years of the date of hire

- Communication skills (written, verbal, and interpersonal)
- Ability to operate autonomously with minimal oversight
- Skilled at patient education
