About the Role
Support youth with emotional, psychological, and physical needs within a residential setting.
Responsibilities
- Provide medical case management, screening, education, counseling, and medication management
- Network with community healthcare providers
- Participate in a rotating on-call schedule, primarily offering remote phone consultations to ensure accessibility
Requirements
- BSN or ASN from an accredited nursing program
- Current Illinois Registered Nurse licensure and Driver’s License
- Experience with psychiatric care and children/adolescents is preferred
- Strong organizational, communication, and clinical skills
