About the Role

We are hiring a QMHP contractor for 10 hours per week. This is a hybrid role requiring in-person client visits twice a month. The position covers Sangamon, Christian, and Macon counties.

Responsibilities

• Model and train staff in the principles and practice of Positive Behavior Support methodology.
• Serve as a member of Interdisciplinary Teams (IDTs) providing expertise on behavioral issues.
• Conduct Behavior Plan assessment, design, training, monitoring, and reporting.
• Perform descriptive and systematic behavioral assessments, including functional analyses, and provide behavior analytic interpretations.
• Deliver direct behavioral treatment via replacement skills training, social skills training, crisis de-escalation, group/individual behavioral treatment, and skills coaching.
• Monitor restraint use and provide training to reduce its occurrence.
• Monitor challenging behavior and participate in relevant committees (e.g., Behavior Intervention Committee, Human Rights Committee).
• Provide individualized services to meet the treatment needs of specialty intermediate care (IC) clinic patients.
• Comply with 902 KAR 20:410 Specialty Intermediate Care Clinics regulations.
• Adhere to all policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Must be a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP), or Licensed Practitioner of Healing Arts (LPHA).
• Conduct family assessments and in-home interventions.
• Minimum 1 year of clinical experience.
• 1000 hours of practicum completed.

Qualifications

• Doctoral or Master’s Degree in Psychology, Counseling, or a related discipline.
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
• Ability to read, comprehend, and write simple correspondence.
• Effectively present information in one-on-one and small group settings.
• Apply common sense to carry out detailed written/oral instructions.
• Handle problems involving concrete variables in standardized situations.
• Make independent decisions with good judgment and attention to detail.
• Proficient in data entry with neat, accurate, and objective recording skills.

Pay

Salary Range: USD $50.00 - $65.00 per hour.
