Job Summary
IN-HOME NURSE (RN/LPN)
Location: Rapid City, SD and surrounding Black Hills communities
Employment Options: Full-Time or Part-Time
Compensation: $30-$40/hour based on licensure, experience, and qualifications
Typical Schedule: Primarily Monday-Friday between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM, with occasional flexibility based on client needs.

- Deliver skilled nursing care in clients' homes, including assessments, medication management, wound care, and other nursing services within your scope of practice
- Build trusted relationships with clients and families through compassionate communication and consistent support
- Identify concerns early and proactively address risks that could impact a client's health, safety, or independence
- Collaborate closely with Care Pros and office leadership to ensure care plans remain personalized and responsive
- Educate clients and families so they feel informed, empowered, and supported
- Document care accurately and communicate effectively to ensure continuity and quality of care
- Help create peace of mind for families navigating complex caregiving situations

- Current RN or LPN license valid in South Dakota
- Strong clinical judgment and nursing skills
