About the role

Willis Knighton Bossier 3 North is seeking a Certified Nurse Assistant for a med-surg-tele floor.

Responsibilities

• Taking vital signs
• Reporting abnormalities to nurses
• Assisting patients with bathing, feeding, turning, toileting, and patient care
• Assisting nurses within their scope of practice

Requirements

• Must have been a certified nurse aide, be a certified nurse aide, or have completed their first level of a nursing program
• The position requires someone who likes to stay busy while providing care to a variety of different patients
• The shift is a 12-hour shift with an alternating pattern including being off every other Friday-Saturday-Sunday

Qualifications

• A general hospital orientation is provided
• A 1-on-1 specific unit orientation is provided
