Nurse Assistant

Key Responsibilities

• Provide patient hygiene, including baths, oral care, and grooming as needed
• Perform room cleaning and restocking to maintain a safe, organized environment
• Assist with unit cleaning tasks as needed to support overall workflow
• Take and record vital signs per hospital protocol
• Assist with ambulation, repositioning, and transfers using proper safety techniques
• Respond promptly to call lights and patient needs
• Communicate changes in patient condition to primary nurses
• Maintain accurate documentation in the medical record
• Uphold infection control, safety, and hospital policy standards
