Nurse Assistant - 2 Main IMC/Stepdown

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with daily living activities
• Monitor vital signs
• Maintain a safe and clean environment
• Contribute directly to patient comfort, safety, and quality of care under the supervision of licensed nursing personnel
• Perform other duties as assigned
• Carry out job responsibilities in alignment with Kettering Health's mission, vision, values, and B Safe program

Requirements

• No prior experience required; entry-level position with on-the-job training provided
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 90 days of hire

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a nurse assistant, nursing aide, or in a healthcare setting preferred
• State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) certification in Ohio, active and in good standing
