Number Operations Specialist

The Aircall Number Operations team is seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Number Operations Specialist (Entry Level) to join our dynamic team. This role involves managing the transfer of telephone numbers between carriers, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and a seamless experience for our customers. Key responsibilities include:

1. Supporting porting-related requests
2. Handling number purchasing inquiries
3. Managing Caller ID configurations
4. Addressing A2P 10DLC SMS registration inquiries

Working closely with internal teams, customers, and external carriers to resolve issues, you will gain valuable experience in telecom operations. Full training will be provided.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable learning new software tools (CRM/ticketing systems such as Zendesk or Jira)
• Eagerness to learn about telecom, VoIP, and number portability processes
• No prior telecom experience required — training provided
