Position Title: Wage & Hour Litigation Attorney  A nationally recognized labor and employment law firm is seeking a Wage & Hour Litigation Attorney to represent employers in complex wage and hour class and collective actions and other employment-related litigation throughout Oregon and the Pacific Northwest. This role offers meaningful responsibility across the full litigation lifecycle, including case strategy, pleadings, discovery, motion practice, depositions, and resolution. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of litigation experience with substantial knowledge of Oregon wage and hour laws and the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA). They are a proactive, self-directed attorney who can independently manage matters, develop litigation strategy, and collaborate effectively with partners and clients.
