Nuclear P6 Scheduler

What You’ll Do

• Develop and maintain detailed, resource-loaded project and outage schedules.
• Set and manage baseline schedules, integrating with cost and risk data.
• Monitor subcontractor/supplier schedules and lead progress updates.
• Perform schedule analysis (critical path, what-if, risk, earned value).
• Track and log schedule changes, align with change management and reporting processes.
• Lead internal/external scheduling meetings and generate regular schedule reports.
• Support risk analysis, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain project scheduling tools, dashboards, and documentation.
• Provide schedule mentorship and support project teams on best practices.
• Ensure all scheduling is aligned with cost, change, and risk management efforts.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in project/outage/turnaround scheduling.
• Proficient in Primavera P6; SAP preferred.
• Experience with EPC, T&M, and Fixed Price contracts.
• Field construction and large project experience (including portfolios).
• Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of project controls standards, PMI certification a plus.
