About the role
Perform diagnostic imaging, therapeutic procedures, and quality control in a hospital setting.
Responsibilities
- Prepare patients and equipment for nuclear medicine studies
- Perform studies independently or during on-call situations
- Conduct portable exams as needed
- Ensure quality standards are consistently met
Requirements
- Associate degree or Trade School equivalency in Nuclear Medicine Technology
- Valid Nuclear Medicine Technologist Certification
- RT (N) or CNMT licensure
- Open to candidates with no prior experience; preference given to those with less than 2 years of related experience
Skills & Certifications
- Knowledge of nuclear medicine procedures and radiation safety protocols
- Ability to perform studies independently
- CPR certification preferred
Schedule
Rotating shifts including weekends and holidays. No weekday call required.
