Responsibilities
- Perform nuclear medicine procedures according to established protocols
- Provide related patient care to ensure comfort and safety
- Collaborate with healthcare team to support accurate diagnosis and treatment planning
- Maintain accurate documentation of procedures and patient information
- Adhere to safety standards and radiation protocols
- Stay updated with advancements in nuclear medicine technology
Qualifications & Skills
- Graduate from an accredited nuclear medicine technology program
- Certification eligible for ARRT/NMTCB or equivalent
- Current Washington Radiologic Technologist license
- National Certified or Registered Nuclear Medicine Technologist
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Minimum six months of nuclear medicine experience
- Strong attention to detail, communication, and patient care skills
Key Duties
- Conduct nuclear medicine imaging procedures accurately
- Ensure patient safety and comfort during procedures
- Follow safety and radiation protocols diligently
- Document procedures and patient data meticulously
- Collaborate with medical staff to support diagnostic processes
- Maintain professional knowledge of current nuclear medicine practices
