About the role

We are seeking an experienced nuclear medicine technologist to join a healthcare team in a permanent role.

Responsibilities

• Preparing and administering radioactive drugs
• Operating radiation detection and imaging equipment
• Patient preparation and ensuring quality care
• Participation in diagnostic and therapeutic nuclear medicine procedures
• Collaborating with stress test nurses in a fast-paced hospital environment

Requirements

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in nuclear medicine technology
• State license and certification
• BLS certification
• Experience with equipment such as Dose Calibrator, Geiger Counter, and uptake probe
• Experience with stress lab equipment, glucometers, blood pressure monitors, and pulse oximeters
