About the Role
Performs Nuclear Medicine exams and delivers completed exams to Radiologist for interpretation. Complies with state and federal regulations concerning Radioactive Materials.
Requirements
- Completion of a program in nuclear medicine
- Previous Nuclear Medicine technologist experience preferred; new graduates will be considered
- Knowledge of current State and Federal regulations for Radioactive Materials
- Must hold and maintain (via required continuing education credits) current certification from the ARRT and/or NMTCB, CRT (Nuclear), and a current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS card
- Basic knowledge of equipment used in Nuclear Medicine such as a Gamma Camera, Dose Calibrator, Survey Meter, and other departmental equipment
- Familiarity with RIS, HIS, and PACS
- Ability to perform the essential physical requirements of the job

Pay
$49.10 - $73.64 per hour. The posted pay range reflects the lowest to highest pay available for this position at the time of posting and may be subject to change. Salary offers are determined by candidate’s relevant experience and skills. For per diem positions, a standard rate is used based on market data and not the candidate’s individual experience.
