About the role
We are seeking a skilled Nuclear Medicine Technologist to perform diagnostic and therapeutic nuclear medicine examinations under physician supervision.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and administer radioactive and non-radioactive pharmaceuticals
- Calibrate equipment and ensure quality control
- Monitor patients during procedures
- Prepare patients, perform calculations, and manage data according to established parameters
Qualifications
- Education meeting certification, licensure, or registration standards
- Oregon Nuclear Medicine Technologist certification or temporary license
- American Heart Association BLS certification upon hire
- Within 6 months, either a National Registered Technologist or Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist credential
Preferred experience
- At least 2 years of clinical experience as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist
