Responsibilities

• Performs diagnostic testing procedures and conducts research activity in the areas of radiopharmacy and related imaging protocols, and software development
• Operates gamma scintillation detection equipment
• Performs quality control evaluations
• Provides technical training and administrative support
• Ensures accurate inventory of radioactive and nonradioactive drugs
• Disposes of radioactive waste in accordance with state and federal regulations

Requirements

• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• Associate’s Degree Required
• (ARRT-N) Nuclear Medicine Technology, or (CNMT) Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist Required
• State of New Hampshire Board of Medical Imaging & Radiation Therapy License Required
