About the role

Operates instruments in Nuclear Medicine to produce quantitative scintigraphic images and measure concentration of radio-nuclides in body organs to assist physicians in diagnosis of patient illnesses.

Requirements

• Must be able to read, write and perform simple arithmetic calculations at a level acquired through a high school education.
• Knowledge of medical terminology preferred.
• Graduate of an approved school of Nuclear Medicine and registered as Nuclear Medicine Technologist required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Three to six months' experience in order to be proficient in performing advanced technical work.
• Analytical ability required in order to analyze non-routine tests and calibrate dosages.
