About the Role

As a Nuclear Medicine Technologist at Wesley Medical Center, you will perform Nuclear Medicine procedures according to established policies, methods, and standards to provide quality patient care. This role involves professional communication with patients, nurses, physicians, and other staff while maintaining a sensitive and supportive environment for patients and their families.

Responsibilities

  • Perform all Nuclear Medicine procedures in compliance with established policies and standards.
  • Provide quality results for diagnostic testing.
  • Communicate professionally with patients, nurses, physicians, and ancillary staff.
  • Maintain a supportive and sensitive environment for patients and family members.

Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited school of Nuclear Medicine.
  • CNMT or ARRT registry eligible.
  • Experience in Nuclear Medicine (may include experience in a formal NM training program).
  • Preferred: Three years of experience in a nuclear medicine department.
  • Required to be registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) or Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist (CNMT).
  • Fully vaccinated for COVID-19 (medical or religious exemptions may be approved).
