About the Role

Responsibilities
- Prepares, measures, and administers radiopharmaceuticals for diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.
- Adheres to policies, procedures, and regulations to ensure compliance and patient safety.
- Provides clerical support, including scheduling appointments, record keeping, and answering phones.
- Performs quality control, maintains equipment, and reports areas of concern.
- Maintains credentials and/or licensures.
- Participates in and attends departmental meetings.
- Takes ownership of assignments and performs other duties as assigned or requested.
- Communicates effectively with internal and external customers, sharing knowledge and understanding instructions.
- Cooperates and interacts with supervisors, peers, other departments, and all customer groups to demonstrate commitment to service.
Requirements
- Graduate of an Accredited Nuclear Medicine Program.
- One (1) year clinical internship.
- ARRT(N), NMTCB, or ASCP(N) certification.
- Nuclear Medicine Technologist Certificate issued by the State of NM.
- BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- Two (2) years of related experience.
