About the role
A fellowship position in Nuclear Medicine that combines clinical PET training with research opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Conduct clinical PET procedures, radionuclide therapy, and support nuclear medicine services at various affiliated institutions.
- Participate in research involving novel PET radiotracers and translational projects.
- Utilize state-of-the-art imaging equipment, including PET/CT, PET/MR, and cyclotron facilities.
- Customize training to include body imaging, general, and cardiac nuclear medicine (potential).
- Engage in protected research time, attend conferences, and collaborate across disciplines such as radiology, cardiology, and oncology.
Requirements
- Completion of nuclear medicine or radiology residency.
- Board eligibility or certification in nuclear medicine or radiology.
- Eligibility for an unrestricted medical license in Georgia.
