NSIS TECHNICIAN

General Summary

JBS Pork is looking for a Quality Control Technician in Louisville, Kentucky. This role will support the company's constant effort to ensure all food safety requirements and quality standards are met. The ideal candidate will be very detail oriented, adaptable, and thorough.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and evaluate quality levels of products, areas, and people
• Required to know both harvest and cold side departments
• Follow all food safety requirements and ensure guidelines are being followed
• Ensure all company safety guidelines are being followed
• Work closely with management to achieve production objectives
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Ability to communicate effectively in English (both written and verbally)
• Excellent customer service skills
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a food processing facility
• Ability to work in extremely hot and cold conditions
• Ability to work on a tablet
• Basic computer skills required
• Can perform the functions of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation
