NPW-Auto Parts Warehouse Manager

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage all areas of the warehouse.
• Ensure maximum efficiency to meet service level agreements with both internal and external customers.
• Coordinate warehouse layout, zoning, and capacity requirements to maintain maximum productivity.
• Pick and pack parts, receive product to shelves.
• Understand and manage incoming and outgoing UPS/FedEx/USPS shipping procedures.
• Supervise a team to ensure they perform tasks meeting vendor and NPW standards.
• Correspond with and maintain professional relations with vendors and suppliers.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in warehouse operations, counter sales, and delivery operations.
• Experience managing P&L.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.

Skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven leadership skills.
• Proven proficiency in general personal computer applications, including Microsoft Office software (Word and Excel).

Physical Requirements

• Occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to sit, stand, and/or walk throughout the shift.
• Climb stairs.
• Operate a computer and communicate via the telephone.
• Communicate verbally and in writing.
