We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? The posting includes intro paragraph about company, then "The Role" description, then sections: The Job (with subheadings Supplier Management, BOM & Program Management, Production Automation), then Your Background, then What Makes You Stand Out, then diversity statement (EEO) which we should remove as boilerplate. Also remove application instructions (none). Also remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO etc. So we keep substantive content. We need headings using

for section headings: e.g., About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. But we should only include sections when posting has real specific content. The posting does not have explicit Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we should not create those sections. We can have sections like About the role (intro), Responsibilities (maybe combine The Job sections?), Requirements (Your Background), Qualifications (What Makes You Stand Out?), Skills maybe not separate. But we need to follow instruction: Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It suggests we can use those headings if appropriate. We need to map content to these headings. We have: - Intro paragraph about company and mission: could be "About the role" or maybe "About the company". But they said "About the role" as a possible heading. We'll use

About the role

and put the intro paragraph there. - Responsibilities: The Job sections (Supplier Management, BOM & Program Management, Production Automation) are responsibilities. So we can put them under

Responsibilities

with subheadings? The instruction says use

for section headings; we can still have subheadings maybe as

or just bold? Not specified. Safer to keep only

headings; we can embed the responsibility details as paragraphs and lists under that heading. - Requirements: Your Background (technical requirements). So

Requirements

. - Qualifications: What Makes You Stand Out (preferred qualifications). So

Qualifications

. - Skills: maybe not needed; we could omit if no specific skills section beyond those covered. But we could combine skills into Requirements/Qualifications. Since we should prefer few substantive sections over many thin ones, we can omit Skills if not distinct. - Benefits, Pay, Schedule: not present, so omit. We must preserve all substantive information, not invent or summarize away detail. Remove boilerplate: diversity statement, EEO, equal opportunity, etc. Also remove any duplicated lines. We need to use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So we need to identify lists. The responsibilities have bullet-like sentences but not explicit bullet list. We could convert each responsibility paragraph into list items? The instruction: "Use
    • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits". If the posting does not have explicit list formatting, we may not need to create lists; but we could still use
if we want to structure. Safer to keep as paragraphs (

) unless there is a clear list. The posting uses sentences separated by line breaks; not explicit bullet points. We'll keep as

. But we need to ensure we don't miss any list: The "Your Background" includes bullet-like sentences but not actual list markers. We'll keep as paragraphs. We must not repeat the job title as a heading. The job title is "NPI & Manufacturing Automation Engineer". Not used as heading. We must not put Job ID/requisition numbers as headings; none present. We must output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences. Let's craft:

        About the role

Join REEKON Tools as we enable the next generation of construction and home improvement professionals to complete their work quicker, more accurately, and faster than ever before. REEKON Tools is a developing and launching innovative, completely new, hardware and software products at an unprecedented pace across the power and hand tool industry and establishing itself as a leader in professional tools and equipment. With a strong social media presence and sales channels ranging from Home Depot, Amazon, and Lowes, REEKON Tools is quickly becoming a modern leader in the home improvement and construction industry.

        Responsibilities

As a NPI & Manufacturing Automation Engineer, you will own the intersection between engineering, supply chain, and manufacturing operations across multiple hardware programs. You will work directly with contract manufacturers, component suppliers, and REEKON’s engineering team to ensure materials, components, and assemblies are available when needed to support prototype builds, production ramps, and ongoing manufacturing. You will maintain production BOMs, track lead times and dependencies across multiple tiers of the supply chain, and communicate risks and schedule impacts throughout the engineering organization. At the same time, this is a hands-on engineering role. You will help build, deploy, and maintain the custom hardware, fixtures, test equipment, and automation systems that power REEKON's production operations. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable reviewing a BOM with a contract manufacturer, working through an electronics component shortage with an electrical engineering supplier, building a production schedule around long-lead components, and debugging a custom fixture on the production floor.

        Supplier Management

Own day-to-day operational communication with suppliers across the supply chain, from Tier 1 contract manufacturers through Tier 2 and Tier 3 component and sub-component suppliers. Coordinate directly with electrical engineering representatives, component vendors, distributors, and manufacturers to resolve electronics sourcing, availability, lead-time, and substitution issues. Maintain visibility into material availability, purchase timing, supplier lead times, manufacturing schedules, and other dependencies required to keep production running. Identify supply constraints and schedule risks early and drive them to resolution with suppliers and internal engineering teams. Develop and maintain relationships with existing suppliers while identifying new vendors and alternate sources as program requirements evolve.

        BOM & Program Management

Create, maintain, and manage production Bills of Materials (BOMs) across multiple REEKON hardware programs. Track component revisions, approved alternates, sourcing status, lead times, and engineering changes throughout the product lifecycle. Maintain a clear view of program schedules, material dependencies, engineering dependencies, and manufacturing readiness. Translate supplier and manufacturing constraints into actionable schedules and priorities for the engineering team. Communicate program status, blockers, critical dependencies, and required decisions across electrical, mechanical, firmware, operations, and manufacturing stakeholders. Coordinate engineering changes with contract manufacturers and suppliers to ensure changes are implemented correctly without disrupting production.

        Production Automation

Design, build, deploy, and maintain custom hardware automation used throughout REEKON's production and manufacturing operations. Develop automated test equipment, assembly fixtures, programming stations, sensor systems, and other purpose-built production tooling. Integrate sensors, actuators, motors, microcontrollers, electrical systems, and mechanical components into robust production equipment. Work alongside electrical, mechanical, firmware, and software engineers to rapidly develop solutions to manufacturing and production challenges. Write and maintain scripts, firmware, and software used to control production equipment, automate testing, collect production data, and diagnose failures. Maintain and improve existing production automation infrastructure, ensuring equipment remains reliable as products, processes, and production volumes evolve. Troubleshoot production equipment and manufacturing issues directly on the floor, identifying root causes and implementing durable solutions.

        But we used

        subheadings; instruction only said use

for section headings, didn't forbid other headings. Might be okay. However to be safe, we could avoid

        and just incorporate those as

with bold? But we cannot use markdown. Could use inside

. Let's do that: each subsection as

        Supplier Management: ...

. That avoids extra headings. Thus:

Even if you don't check every box mentioned above, we still strongly encourage you to apply.

We should also keep the diversity statement? It says remove EEO/equal-opportunity boilerplate. So we omit that paragraph. Now ensure we didn't miss any substantive content: The intro about company mission is covered. The "The Role" paragraph is covered in About the role? Actually we used About the role for company intro; but the "The
