NPI and Rework Operator

Key Job Responsibilities

• Placement of conventional (PTH) and Surface Mount (SMT) components into printed circuit boards (PCBs).
• Hand soldering to J-Std.
• Rework and PCB modification.

Skills And Experience

• Preferred IPC 7711/7721 certified.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience SMT PCBA.
• Attention to detail and able to support the whole PCBA component build, inspection, and rework processes including BGA, track repair, NPI Eng support.
• Able to work flexible hours if required.
• Able to work with minimum supervision, prepared to work and across other sections if required.
