About the role

We are looking for a talented NP-PA to join our Primary Care team (2 openings). Full-time, 40 hours per week, day shift with no weekend, holiday, or on-call requirements. Location: Tiverton, RI.

Responsibilities

The Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Associate (PA), under the general supervision and direction of the Physician Lead/designee and Practice Manager, will provide comprehensive primary care services to patients, functioning as an integral member of the healthcare team within a medical home model. This role emphasizes high-quality, patient-centered, and evidence-based care in accordance with established clinical guidelines, regulatory requirements, and organizational policies.

Qualifications

Physician Associate/Assistant:

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is required
• Graduate of an A.M.A.-approved Physician Associate/Assistant program is required
• Experience in Primary Care is desirable
• Current MA and/or RI Physician Associate License is required based on practice location
• Certification from a National accrediting body to practice as a Physician Assistant is required
• Current BLS certification is required

Nurse Practitioner:

• Master of Science Degree in Nursing is required
• Experience in Primary Care is desirable
• Current MA and/or RI Registered Nurse and Nurse Practitioner License is required based on practice location
• Certification from a National accrediting body to practice as a Nurse Practitioner is required
• Current BLS certification is required

Pay

USD $61.30 - USD $81.45 /Hr.
