About the role
SRSMG is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Orthopedic Surgery Division (Fracture Clinic).
To be considered for the position, the candidate must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience working full-time as an NP/PA in an orthopedic surgery setting or similar.

Position Details
Full-time salaried position in Orthopedic Surgery to support the SRS fracture clinic
Schedule is Monday-Friday 8am-5pm schedule at 1.0FTE (one hour for lunch)
100% outpatient at the SRS San Diego Main clinic – no after-hours / no call / no inpatient work
Collaborative practice model, working closely alongside a supervising orthopedic physician to evaluate and manage fracture patients
Opportunity to function in a team-based setting, participating in joint patient visits and shared decision-making to develop comprehensive treatment plans
Patient population includes adults ages 18 and older presenting with acute and follow-up fracture care needs

Sharp Rees-Stealy Medical Group is committed to pay equity and transparency. Compensation is determined by a structured pay scale based on years of experience and applicable certifications, with final placement within the range confirmed during the recruitment process.
The annual base salary range is $154,500.00-$216,537.30, with eligibility for bonuses, incentives, and a comprehensive benefits package.
