NP/PA - Audiology Otolaryngology

About the role

Join our Otolaryngology (ENT) team at PeaceHealth University District in Eugene, Oregon. We are seeking a full‑time (1.0 FTE) Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to support our busy and well‑established general ENT practice. The role provides outpatient clinic care with optional OR first‑assist opportunities for those interested in procedural support. You will work alongside 4 ENT physicians, 1 PA, and 5 audiologists in a collaborative team delivering comprehensive ear, nose, and throat care to a diverse patient population.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient clinic care for ENT patients.
• Optionally assist in the operating room as first assist for procedures.
• Maintain a predictable schedule with no nights or weekends.
• Collaborate with physicians, PAs, and audiologists to deliver coordinated care.
• Participate in team‑based management of a diverse patient population.

Requirements

• Nurse Practitioner Board Certification (AANC) or Physician Assistant Board Certification (NCCPA).
• Active ARNP or PA license in Oregon, or ability to obtain during the credentialing process.
• Current BLS, ACLS, or PALS certification (to be obtained within 30 days of hire).

Qualifications

• Strong interest in otolaryngology; ENT experience preferred but willingness to train the right candidate.

Pay

Salary range: $148,678.40 – $177,819.20 (based on 1.0 FTE).

Schedule

Predictable schedule with no nights or weekends.
