Responsibilities

This is a contract, on-site NP/LISW/LPCC role based in Columbus, OH. The clinician will provide direct patient care, including comprehensive assessments, treatment planning, and ongoing psychotherapy or medication management, aligned with licensure and scope of practice. Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation, coordinating care with other providers, and monitoring treatment progress to support positive outcomes. The role involves participating in case consultations, applying evidence-based interventions, and educating patients and families on treatment options and community resources. The clinician is expected to uphold all regulatory, ethical, and organizational standards while contributing to a safe, inclusive, and therapeutic environment.

Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted licensure in Ohio as NP (Psych/Mental Health), LISW, or LPCC, with credentials in good standing.
• Demonstrated experience in behavioral health or mental health settings, including assessment, treatment planning, and ongoing care.
• Strong clinical skills in psychotherapy and/or psychopharmacology, utilizing evidence-based approaches appropriate to scope of practice.
• Proficiency in maintaining clear, accurate electronic health records and following documentation, privacy, and compliance standards.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and communicate respectfully with patients, families, and staff.
• Commitment to culturally responsive care, trauma-informed practice, and ethical decision-making.
• Master’s degree or higher in a relevant field (e.g., Social Work, Counseling, Nursing) from an accredited institution.
• Prior experience in outpatient, community mental health, or integrated care environments is beneficial.
• Comfort working on-site in Columbus, OH, with reliable attendance and time management.
• Background checks and other pre-employment clearances as required by state and organizational guidelines.
