About the role

Join a highly regarded gastroenterology team offering a collaborative practice environment, an established patient base, and the stability and resources of a large, integrated health system.

• Join an established team of 3 physicians and 4 APPs
• Outpatient gastroenterology practice on the Mercy Hospital campus, serving a growing adult patient population (18+) with an average daily volume of 12–15 patients
• Predictable Monday–Friday daytime schedule with no weekends, plus optional outreach opportunities in Menasha
• Employed position within a nonprofit health system

Provide comprehensive, patient-centered care by conducting health assessments, obtaining patient histories, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, diagnosing and treating acute and chronic conditions, and delivering preventive care services. Educate and counsel patients and their families on preventive health, treatment options, and community resources while collaborating with physicians to develop, implement, and document individualized care plans.

Requirements

• Nurse Practitioner credentialed from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required
• Registered Nurse credentialed from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required
• BLS Provider preferred (American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted)
• Drug Enforcement Admin credentialed from the Drug Enforcement Administration preferred
• Master's degree in Nursing required
