About the role

The EMT position at Securitas administers first aid treatment at client sites, arranges for transport of sick or injured persons to a medical facility, and works as a member of the emergency medical team. They also help maintain a safe and secure environment by actively monitoring the premises, checking for irregularities, inspecting emergency equipment, preserving order, enforcing regulations and directives for a client site, and providing customer service and information to clients’ employees and customers.

Responsibilities

• Administer first aid treatment at client sites
• Arrange for transport of sick or injured persons to a medical facility
• Work as a member of the emergency medical team
• Maintain a safe and secure environment by monitoring premises, checking for irregularities, and inspecting emergency equipment
• Preserve order while enforcing regulations and directives for a client site pertaining to personnel, visitors, and the area
• Provide customer service and information to clients’ employees and customers

Requirements

• EMT certification
• Dependable, reliable, and good people skills

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role
• Knowledge of emergency medical procedures
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
