Flex Officer

About the role

The Flex Officer position at Securitas Security Services is a full-time role located in Duluth, Cloquet, and Superior, MN and WI. The primary responsibilities include conflict resolution and de-escalation, frequent interactions with client employees and guests, identifying and reporting safety issues, and ensuring post orders are followed.

Responsibilities

• Resolve conflicts and de-escalate situations
• Interact with client employees and guests
• Identify and report safety issues, hazardous conditions, or suspicious activity
• Ensure post orders are followed and assigned rounds are completed
• Carry out specific tasks and duties as required for assigned site

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• High School Diploma, GED, or ability to complete the GED program within 6 months
• Above average computer and technology skills
• Impeccable customer service and team leadership skills
• Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations
• Great attention to detail and vigilance throughout shift
• Ability to respond to emergencies with rapid and effective judgment
• Safe driving certification
