Now Hiring: Traveling Retail Merchandiser - Overnight

About the role

Provide in-store merchandising support to retailers to meet shoppers’ needs. This includes building displays and end caps, resetting shelves with product rotation, and tracking inventory to ensure stores and suppliers maximize sales opportunities. The position requires regular travel, often up to 50% or more of the time, including overnight stays.

Responsibilities

• Build and install product displays and end caps in retail locations.
• Reset shelves, rotate products, and maintain organized merchandising layouts.
• Track inventory levels and report discrepancies to maximize sales opportunities.
• Travel to multiple store sites, sometimes requiring overnight hotel stays.
• Interact with store staff, customers, and management in a friendly, enthusiastic manner.
• Maintain a safety‑first mindset while performing physical tasks in retail environments.

Requirements

• Comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to perform physical work including moving, bending, standing, and lifting up to 50 lb.
• Reliable transportation to and from work locations.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel within and outside of your home state, with overnight hotel stays.
• Motivated self‑starter with a strong bias for action and results.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Commitment to safety‑first practices in a retail environment.

Pay

Competitive wage: $20.00 per hour.
