About the role

Provide in‑store merchandising support to retailers to meet shoppers’ needs. This includes building displays and end caps, resetting shelves with product rotation, and tracking inventory to ensure stores and suppliers maximize sales opportunities. The position requires regular travel, often up to 50 % of the time, including overnight stays.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain product displays and end caps in retail locations.
• Reset shelves, rotate products, and ensure proper inventory placement.
• Track inventory levels to help stores and suppliers maximize sales opportunities.
• Travel to multiple store sites, sometimes requiring overnight stays.
• Interact with customers, store management, and team members in a friendly, enthusiastic manner.

Requirements

• Comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner.
• At least 18 years old.
• Ability to perform physical work, including moving, bending, standing, and lifting up to 50 lb.
• Reliable transportation to and from work locations.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel within and outside of your home state, with overnight hotel stays.
• Motivated self‑starter with a strong bias for action and results.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Safety‑first mentality in a retail environment.

Pay

Competitive wage: $17.00 per hour.
