Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service and create a positive guest experience.
• Prepare and serve quality food according to Bojangles standards.
• Support daily restaurant operations and maintain cleanliness throughout the location.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and operational procedures.

Assistant Manager

• Support the General Manager with daily restaurant operations.
• Help manage staffing, scheduling, labor, inventory, and food costs.
• Train, coach, and develop team members and Shift Leads.
• Ensure high standards for customer service, food quality, and cleanliness.
• Assist with hiring, onboarding, and team development.

Shift Lead

• Lead and support team members during shifts.
• Help maintain operational efficiency and guest satisfaction.
• Support opening and closing procedures.
• Assist with cash handling, training, and shift accountability.
• Ensure company standards and food safety procedures are followed.

Team Member

• Greet guests with a friendly attitude.
• Take customer orders and prepare food accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant.
• Support team operations during busy periods.
• Deliver fast, friendly, and accurate service.

Requirements

• Previous restaurant, retail, or customer service experience preferred but not required for all roles.
• Leadership experience preferred for Assistant Manager and Shift Lead opportunities.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible availability, including mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
