About the role

Ted's Bulletin is known for its tarts, boozy milkshakes, all‑day breakfasts, and a scratch kitchen that serves a curated menu of craveable American cuisine. With exciting plans for brand development, we are seeking an experienced Server to join our team and help deliver exceptional hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Build rapport with guests and provide an exceptional hospitality experience.
• Drive sales through attentive service and menu knowledge.
• Execute duties under pressure in a high‑volume, full‑service environment.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of experience as a server in a high‑volume, upscale casual dining or equivalent service environment (ideally 1 year).
• Ability to stand and walk for up to 10 hours per day.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds.
• Work calmly and effectively under pressure.
• Accurately perform basic mathematical calculations.
• Legal age to prepare, serve, and ring alcoholic beverages.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts and schedules, inclusive of weekends and some holidays.
• Certification (or ability to obtain certification) in responsible alcohol service as required by state or local law.
• High energy, stamina, and effective communication with guests and team members.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Schedule

• Early morning, afternoon, and night shifts available.
• Weekends required.
• Flexible shifts and schedules, inclusive of holidays.
