About the role

• Lead Preschool Teachers (Full-Time)
• Lead Pre-Kindergarten Teachers (Full-Time)
• Assistant Teachers (Full-Time)
• Limited Part-Time Opportunities Available

Responsibilities

• Create engaging, age-appropriate learning experiences aligned with the Wonder of Learning Curriculum.
• Foster a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment where every child can thrive.
• Encourage children's social, emotional, cognitive, language, and physical development through hands-on exploration and play.
• Observe and document children's growth and developmental milestones.
• Build positive relationships and maintain open communication with families and fellow educators.
• Collaborate with colleagues to implement innovative teaching practices and classroom experiences.
• Maintain all health, safety, and state licensing requirements.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working with preschool-aged children is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; CDA, Associate's, or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is preferred.
• A passion for early childhood education and child-led learning.
• Strong communication, organizational, and classroom management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a supportive team environment.
• Must successfully complete all required background checks and meet applicable state licensing requirements.
