Responsibilities
- Evaluates and treats patients in a Home Setting
- Communicates with families, physicians, and other health care professions
- Maintains daily, thorough documentation of services in the EMR
- Holds your own equipment including smart devices and blood pressure monitor
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited college or university with a Doctoral/Masters/Bachelors degree in Physical Therapy
- Experience and/or Education: New graduate applicants welcome
- Actively Licensed as a FL Physical Therapist
