Local CDL A Drivers – Home Daily are responsible for delivery of dedicated freight, on dry vans and flatbeds, from Menards Distribution Center to Menards stores within a 300‑mile radius, and returning to the Distribution Center.

Responsibilities

• Deliver drop‑and‑hook, no‑touch freight to store and return to the Distribution Center with backhaul trailer.
• Maintain DOT compliance including pre‑trip and post‑trip equipment checks, logging requirements, and inform the Transportation team of any equipment issues.
• Provide outstanding service to our Distribution Center and stores while maintaining a consistently high level of professionalism.
• Maintain a consistent schedule and work positively with fellow OTR drivers.

Requirements

• Class A CDL.
• Proof of valid driver’s license.
• Current Medical Examiner’s Certificate (DOT Medical Card).
• Excellent driving record.
• Experience pulling both dry vans and flatbeds – preferred.
• Desire to be part of a reliable, hardworking, and dedicated Transportation Team.

Pay

Average first full year earnings: $75,000 – $80,000.

Schedule

• 1st shift (Home Daily): 3 AM – 3 PM or 4 AM – 4 PM.
• 2nd shift (Home Daily): 3 PM – 3 AM or 4 PM – 4 AM.
