About the role

Keystone Automotive Operations, Inc. is hiring a safety‑focused CDL A Regional Dry Van Driver in Exeter, PA. This role is ideal for a dependable driver who values steady work, modern equipment, and a team committed to safety and reliability.

• Dedicated regional routes with a consistent schedule

In this role you will transport freight from Exeter, PA to Keystone cross‑dock locations, including Cornwall, ON; Moncton, NB; Rochester, NY; West Deptford, NJ; Sterling, MA; Richmond, VA; and York, PA, while operating safely and in compliance with DOT and company standards.

You’ll drive 2023 or newer Freightliner/Cascadia tractors paired with 53‑foot dry vans.

Requirements

• At least 21 years of age
• Minimum of 18 months of verifiable CDL Class A driving experience
• Strong, safe driving record
• Ability to meet DOT requirements and pass a pre‑employment drug screen
• Current Passport/Fast Pass or ability to obtain one upon hire with company support
• Safety‑focused, dependable, and comfortable operating on established routes

Pay

• Starting Pay: $0.63 CPM; $31/hour for training, PTO, and holidays
• Estimated Weekly Earnings: $1,638 based on an average of 2,600 miles per week
• Estimated Annual Earnings: $75,000–$100,000
• Retention Bonus: $7,500

Schedule

Regional routes with some daily runs and one overnight run, departing between 9:00 p.m. and 12:00 a.m. EST.
